The BT Business Hub Manager provides you with the ability to modify WiFi passwords, Network Names (SSID), and the default settings of your Business Hub. To access this, simply go to http://btbusinesshub.home.

To get started, follow these steps:

How to Log In to BT Business Hub Manager:

  1. Open your web browser and type http://btbusinesshub.home in the address bar.
  2. Enter the Admin Password and click “Login.”

You will then gain access to the BT Business Hub Manager. Please note that the Admin password can be found on the bottom of your Hub and is distinct from the wireless password.

Note: If you’re using a corporate VPN, you’ll need to disconnect the VPN connection, as it may impede your access to the Hub Manager page.

How to Change BT Business Hub Wi-Fi Password and SSID:

  1. Open the BT Business Hub Manager.
  2. Click on “Settings” and select “Wireless.”
  3. Input the new WiFi Network Name in the “Wireless network name/SSID” field.
  4. Enter your new WiFi Password in the “Wireless key” field.
  5. Click “Apply” and confirm by selecting “Yes.”

Keep in mind that all devices connected wirelessly to your BT Business Hub will be temporarily disconnected. To reconnect to the wireless network, use the new wireless key. These steps are applicable to BT Business Hub 3 and Business Hub 5.
