Device.WebUI is the administrative interface that grants you access to modify your Mobile Hotspot settings, including changing the WiFi password and Network Name (SSID). To utilize this interface, you can access it at http://device.webui.

Device.WebUI Login

To log in to Device.WebUI, follow these steps:

Accessing Device.WebUI:

1. Open a web browser and enter http://device.webui into the address bar.
2. Provide the Username as “admin” and the Password as specified.
3. Click “Login.”

You’ll now have access to the Device.WebUI Manager. Your Web UI Password can typically be found on a label beneath the back cover, near the battery compartment. This password typically comprises six characters in the format 12$XXX, where XXX corresponds to the last three digits of the Hotspot’s IMEI number (e.g., 12$999).

Changing Wi-Fi Password and Network Name

To modify your WiFi password and Network Name, you can use the Mobile Hotspot WebUI. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Mobile Hotspot WebUI.
2. Access “Settings” from the top menu.
3. Choose “WLAN/Wi-Fi Settings” followed by “Basic Settings.”
4. Enter your preferred WiFi Network Name in the “Network Name/Wi-Fi Name (SSID)” field.
5. Input your desired WiFi Password in the “Wi-Fi Password” field.
6. Click “Apply” to save the alterations.

Should your Mobile Hotspot support dual-band networks, remember that configuring the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wireless Networks might be required separately.
