Kabel.box offers a web UI that empowers you to change your WiFi password, Network Name (SSID), and default configurations of your Vodafone Kabelrouter. You can access this interface by typing http://kabel.box or 192.168.0.1 into your web browser.

Accessing Kabel.box

To log in and make changes to your Vodafone Kabelrouter settings, follow these steps:

1. Open your preferred web browser.
2. In the address bar, enter either http://kabel.box or 192.168.0.1.
3. Provide the following login credentials:
   • Username: admin
   • Password: password
4. Click “Login.”

Upon successful login, you’ll gain access to the Vodafone Kabelrouter settings.

Changing Your WiFi Password and Network Name (SSID)

To modify your WiFi password and Network Name (SSID) via Kabel.box, follow these steps:

1. Select your specific device from the following options:
   • Vodafone Station
   • Sagemcom FAST5460
   • Compal CH7466CE
   • CBN CH6640E
   • Technicolor TC7200K
   • Hitron CVE-30360

For Vodafone Station:

1. Log in to the router settings.
2. Choose “WLAN” > “Allgemein.”
3. Enter your desired WiFi Network Name in the “WLAN Name (SSID)” field.
4. Input your new WiFi Password in the “WLAN Kennwort” field.
5. Click “Anwenden.”

For Sagemcom FAST5460:

1. Log in to the router settings.
2. Navigate to “WLAN” > “Allgemein” from the top-right corner.
3. Enter your preferred WiFi Network Name in the “Netzwerkname (SSID)” field.
4. Input the new WiFi Password in the “WLAN-Schlüssel” field.
5. Click “Übernehmen.”

Continue with similar steps for other router models: Compal CH7466CE, CBN CH6640E, Technicolor TC7200K, and Hitron CVE-30360, using their respective settings.
