The My.jetpack Admin Page provides a convenient interface for adjusting WiFi password, SSID, and the default Verizon Jetpack MiFi settings. You can access this interface via the domain name “my.jetpack” or by entering “192.168.1.1” in your web browser’s address bar. Here’s how:

Step 1: Logging In to My.jetpack:

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. In the address bar, type “my.jetpack” or “192.168.1.1.”

Step 2: Accessing the Verizon Jetpack Admin Page:

  1. You will be prompted to enter the Admin Password.
  2. By default, the Admin Password is the same as the Wi-Fi Password unless you’ve created a separate Admin Password.
  3. Click “Sign In.”

Note: Wi-Fi Password Information:

Make sure you are connected to the Jetpack WiFi network before accessing advanced settings. The Wi-Fi password can usually be found on a label on the back of your Jetpack or on the Jetpack’s display screen.

Modifying Your Verizon Jetpack WiFi Password and SSID:

Once you’re logged in, you can proceed to change your WiFi password and SSID. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Accessing Jetpack Settings:

  1. Sign in to the Verizon Jetpack Admin Page.

Step 2: Configuring Wi-Fi Settings:

  1. In the menu, click on “Jetpack Settings” and select “Wi-Fi.”

Step 3: Making Changes:

  1. Enter your desired WiFi Network Name in the Wi-Fi Name (SSID) field.
  2. Input your new WiFi Password in the Wi-Fi Password field.
  3. Click “Save Changes” to implement the new settings.

Resetting Verizon Jetpack:

To restore your Verizon Jetpack to its factory settings, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the battery cover from the back of your Jetpack.
  2. Locate the Reset button and press it until the Jetpack screen displays “MiFi Resetting.”
  3. Note that this reset will restore the Wi-Fi passwords and erase any manual configurations.
